Every Atlassian Government Cloud migration is coordinated and supported by our migration teams from Atlassian Support. If you haven’t already, you need to notify them about your planned migration to avoid any issues and get the necessary help.

Migration paths

Atlassian Cloud to Atlassian Government Cloud

Migrating from Atlassian Cloud to Atlassian Government Cloud is supported, however it doesn’t rely on data transfer mentioned in this documentation. Instead, your migration will be carried out together with Atlassian Support.
